Hi Irene,
I have a daughter with anxiety. I have depression. I want you to find someone you can talk to who gets you, who understands and can give you hope. Friends are great, sometimes. But a trained therapist or counselor can create a safe place for you to share what’s happening in your mind.
Family is sometimes the last place to go when you are hurting so much. Have you thought about finding a therapist to talk to? It can be terrifying to take that step. One day I went into a conference room at work and called 10 therapists I found on https://therapists.psychologytoday.com and cried the whole time. One called me back and she changed my life.
You are an amazing person, I see that from your writing. Finding an ally will make a difference. You may not think so now, but a safe place to put all that’s in your head and heart can lessen the load. Finding a partner to carry it with you as you move forward can create space in your mind.
I wish you peace and healing. You can reach out and find the embrace and support you deserve, even if you think you can’t right now.
